Rock Chalk Jayhawk!
What a great year to be a Jayhawk fan! We had our best year ever in school history in regards to football going 12-1 and finishing in the top 10. We won our first ever BCS bowl game by beating Virginia Tech in a great game at the Orange Bowl, 24 to 21! Now with football being over and the traditional good sport at KU is men's basketball which is not disappointing at this time with a perfect 18-0 record and signs of a possible Final Four run (crossing fingers)! And let's not forget that KU is a great academic university as well with many programs ranked very high. So be proud of the Jayhawks as I am and if you aren't as in the know about KU, check out the great university by visiting their site, The University of Kansas.
Happy New Year!
Another year flies by and here it is the start of a new year! Hope everybody had a good past year and are looking forward to a better year ahead. New Years is always a great time to focus on goals or New Year's resolutions as most people call them. However there is the trend for people to pick goals that aren't thought out very well which then just leads to not being successful with those resolutions. A common among many is getting in better physical shape, exercising more or eating better. Those are great resolutions and should actually be a life long goal! Check out my fitness page for some quick tips! Make sure to be practical about your resolutions and have steps to achieving those goals! As for myself I need to sit down longer and come up with my list of New Year resolutions. Last year was such a great year that I have high expectations of myself this year. I'm heading out to the Orange Bowl today so it will be later next week until I have my new goals planned out so stay tuned if you're interested. Along those lines it is always a good idea to write down your resolutions or goals somewhere you will see them to keep you on track and motivated! Happy New Year to you and good luck on tackling your resolutions!
Happy Holidays!
Well it's that time of the year again and due to my lack of sending physical Christmas Cards I thought I would utilize my new site and this thing called technology to send out some Holiday Wishes! So for those who received a link to my page or those who randomly (or accidentally) found this site here is my anti-scrooge sentiments! Christmas is a great time of year (if you can look past the crazy shoppers) to take a moment to thank and share gifts with friends and family. I feel truly blessed with the great people I know and am associated with in my life! So thanks and may you have a wonderful holiday season!
Life is all about friends and family!
Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a prosperous Happy New Year!
My beautiful niece Madison!
Due to the fact I lost my cuteness years ago I thought I would utilize my adorable niece as everytime I see her she brings instant joy and smiles to me and only hope she does the same for you! Wishing you happiness during this Holiday Season!

Kansas Jayhawks are Orange Bowl Bound!
The 2007 college football season has been a surprise for many fans (even a little to myself) as the Jayhawks played well all season to finish with an impressive 11-1 season! Due to the successful season KU was awarded a BCS bowl bid and are headed to Miami to play in the Orange Bowl against Virginia Tech on January 3rd! I along with my fellow Jayhawk friends are heading down to the warm weather to watch some good football. I suggest you all do the same. See you in Miami!
